On 22\/02\/2021 Diatex S.p.A. acquired the 70%<\/strong> of the company shares of MEC ABRASIVES S.r.l.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The synergies resulting from the sharing of tile finishing products will give even more strength to Diatex commercial proposal and an even more complete service to our customers.<\/p>\n

MEC ABRASIVES<\/strong> will maintain its production and operational headquarters in Sant\u2019Ambrogio di Valpolicella (VR)<\/strong><\/em>, but will benefit from the partnership with Diatex, Ancora and all the branches of the SITI b&t group.<\/p>\n
