On 22/02/2021 Diatex S.p.A. acquired the 70% of the company shares of MEC ABRASIVES S.r.l.
The synergies resulting from the sharing of tile finishing products will give even more strength to Diatex commercial proposal and an even more complete service to our customers.
MEC ABRASIVES will maintain its production and operational headquarters in Sant’Ambrogio di Valpolicella (VR), but will benefit from the partnership with Diatex, Ancora and all the branches of the SITI b&t group.
